How to reopen an account?

In order to reopen your account, please submit a request to our security team (Security@drf.com). and confirm any two of the following information to our Security team.

  • Last deposit amount or payment method
  • Your current account balance
  • DOB
  • Last withdrawal method/amount

You can also verify your identity and reopen your account by sending in a photo ID to our security department (Security@drf.com)..
