Account Verification Documents
Our iGaming Security and/or compliance teams may request you to provide documents. These are needed to comply with different state and federal regulations dealing with Know Your Customer checks. In order to protect your account and the site from illegal activity, periodic account reviews as carried out. As part of the process, our teams may need to see a copy of your ID or proof of address, payment methods used or source of funds. You may also be asked to take a selfie along with your ID card to make sure that you are actually you and that no one else has abused your identity and personal information.
When such a request is received, you can send us your documents by using the secure document uploader on the site.

Click on the type of document and select the file from your device and then click on the 'Upload' button.
